Notice to Suppliers

As part of the implementation of our Quality Management System in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard, we hereby inform all our suppliers, subcontractors and partners of the following requirements and evaluation criteria:

1. 1. Quality of the product or service

   The quality of the product or service supplied has a direct bearing on the quality of our final services. Suppliers of materials, products or services must therefore guarantee compliance with the specifications agreed in each order.

2. 2. Verification on receipt

   All orders are subject to inspection at the time of receipt. Any material or service that does not meet the agreed technical or contractual specifications may be rejected, without prejudice to any appropriate corrective action.

3. 3. Verification of services

   The services contracted will be evaluated in accordance with the terms of the service agreement. Repeated or serious breaches of the agreed conditions may result in the early termination of the contract.

4. 4. Ongoing re-evaluation

   All suppliers are subject to an annual evaluation process. The number and seriousness of the incidents recorded during the period may lead to the supplier's removal from our list of approved suppliers.

5. 5. Quality Policy
