What does “custom software” mean at CEDESA?
For CEDESA, custom software means starting from scratch. We do not adapt general-purpose frameworks, install SaaS solutions with a customised configuration or sell modules of an off-the-shelf ERP. We analyse your real processes, document them in detail and build the exact technical solution that addresses them.
This approach offers something no off-the-shelf solution can: a system that speaks your language, complies exactly with your sector's regulations and can evolve with your organisation without depending on the decisions of an external supplier.
We work mainly with the public sector, industry, regulated organisations and mid-sized to large companies whose processes are complex, critical or highly specific.

Iterative development
2-week sprints. A client demo at the end of each sprint. Scope changes controlled and documented.
Deployment and support
Supervised go-live, training for your team and a maintenance contract with a documented SLA.
