Conversational AI virtual assistants for municipalities

Regional Ministry of Digitalisation (Consejería de Digitalización) – Extremadura

Text and voice conversational AI deployed on interactive kiosks in 33 rural municipalities in Extremadura. Intelligent citizen services, information on municipal services and simplified procedures through natural language processing. A project funded by Next Gen EU and PERTE (Spain's strategic projects for economic recovery and transformation).

Predictive models for managing water infrastructure

Prediction algorithms for water supply networks. Consumption optimisation, leak detection and demand forecasting using machine learning. Funded by PERTE Agua, the strategic project for digitalising the water cycle, under the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (PRTR).

NFC labelling system for agri-food traceability

“Burgos Emociona” project – Diputación de Burgos (provincial council)

Smart NFC labelling system for tracing agri-food products. It does away with barcodes in harsh environments (temperature, humidity), with instant reading from a mobile device and full batch traceability.

Digitalisation of provincial social services

Diputación de Toledo

Platform for digitalising provincial social services. Delivery traceability, quality control and reporting for the PRTR oversight bodies. A project funded by the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan.
