CEDESA holds three current security certifications: ISO 27001 (information security management), ISO 9001 (process quality) and ISO 56001 (innovation management), together with certification under the National Security Framework (Esquema Nacional de Seguridad, ENS) in the medium category, issued by OCA Instituto de Certificación, a body accredited by ENAC (Spain's national accreditation body). ENS certification is the standard the Spanish public sector requires of information system suppliers. This means that any public body that engages CEDESA can include this certification in its declaration of conformity without further formalities.

CEDESA works with public authorities, mid-sized and large industrial companies, regulated entities and organisations that need critical software with guaranteed support. Our projects are aimed at those who cannot afford software failure and need a company with real experience, certifications and methodology, in both the public and the private sector.

We follow a four-phase project methodology: (1) Detailed functional analysis – between 2 and 4 weeks, with interviews with every role involved and documentation of the technical and functional requirements; (2) Technical proposal and fixed price – we deliver a document setting out the architecture, technology, delivery milestones and a fixed price; (3) Development and iterations – 2-week sprints with a demo for the client at the end of each sprint; (4) Deployment, training and support – supervised go-live, training for your team and a maintenance contract with an SLA. Timeframes and costs are signed off before we start.

Yes. CEDESA has proven experience in projects financed by Next Generation EU funds and PERTE (Spain's strategic projects for economic recovery and transformation). We have delivered conversational AI projects in 33 municipalities for Extremadura's Regional Ministry of Digitalisation (Consejería de Digitalización), predictive models for the Consorcio de Medio Ambiente de Badajoz (PERTE Agua) and PRTR projects for the Diputación de Toledo (provincial council). We can support public authorities and companies in drafting technical reports, justifying expenditure and preparing the monitoring documentation required by the bodies that manage EU funds.

We know the Spanish public tender process, the technical specifications (pliegos técnicos) typically used for software, the technical capacity criteria and the security requirements (ENS) set in public sector contracts.
