The illusion and the work rewarded. Even for us, that the greatest gratification we hope to get for our efforts is the satisfaction of the customers, we are very grateful to have been winners of the
Extremadura Entrepreneur XXI Awards
for the year 2018. In this eleventh edition of the competition, the competition was really tough, and having stood out from the rest of our colleagues only spurs us on to continue working with persistence and determination.
This is an event organized by CaixaBank with the support of Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism, which in our community is endorsed by the Ministry ofIndustry, Energy and Tourism itself. Regional Government of Extremadura. It is one of the reference contests to reward innovation projects in Spain, and is gaining more importance with each of its editions. It is not in the nature of our company to compete, but we do recognise that we are driven by the desire to better ourselves.
On behalf of Cedesa Digital, our director, Juan Jesús Merino, attended the awards ceremony, which was attended by the following people José Luis Navarro, Minister of Economy and Infrastructures of the Regional Government of Extremadura, the territorial director of Caixabank and the Secretary General of the Regional Business Confederation of Extremadura (CREEX), Francisco Javier Peinado, among other personalities, and in which they talked about the prosperous future that Extremadura has ahead in terms of optimization and modernization of its industries.
Prior to the official ceremony, an interesting conference was given by Luis Soldevila, trainer and consultant in High Performance Attitudes and author of the best-selling book Éxito se escribe con A. We attend this one always attentive to any way that can improve our company. Speaking of success, our entire journey in livestock and agri-food software development has been put to good use in a region where these sectors are of such business importance.

In addition to the recognition of the award, and the economic boost it gives us, we are especially excited about the scholarship that the winning company receives to participate in an intensive business growth course, Ignite Fast Track, taught at the University of Cambridge (UK). It will be our director who will attend the training and will then bring to our work table everything that can improve our work there.
Finally, we would like to mention the other two finalists of the award, Abona Global and Cheefy, both deserving of all kinds of recognition for the work they do for innovation in Extremadura. We, for our part, will continue to work hard and venture into any project that can advance our region in the technological field.
Very grateful and proud.
